Having never stayed in hospital in 43 years! My first experience as a day patient was Excellent and of a very high standard of care provided. From time I arrived I was dealt with dignity and respect and very prompt actions from other departments ie porters and radiography cardiology and immunology. I was home by 5:30 and back to normality thanks to all involved in my care, it makes me proud to have people working for the NHS with high standards and empathy on my doorstep.A huge thank you guys!
