I would like to thoroughly and sincerely thank everyone who helped and treated me today at the Derby Royal Hospital. Arriving at A & E, I felt I was having a heart attack. The treatment was very prompt and professional, whilst maintaining a comforting friendliness. The whole process from my first ECG, Blood tests, CT scan, Clinical Measurements, including the Nurses, Doctors and Porters really exceeded any expectations I could have had. Waiting times were minimal, I was kept informed of my progress and possible diagnosis throughout the time I spent in the hospital, so therefore was reassured and confident in the care provided. The hospital has a friendly, helpful feel, I was made comfortable and felt reassured during the time I was there. There is certainly a feel of efficiency and organisation and although we all would prefer not to end up in Hospital, I could not recommend a better place to ask for treatment and help. Thankfully I left without any serious problems Once again, I would like to thank everyone who treated and helped me, what a wonderful, professional and pleasant team.
