"Nothing very much"

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

Nothing very much

What could be improved

The staff have to start listening to patients husband had to be readmitted 12 August extremely jaundiced and in painm this time was sent straight from GP's surgery by ambulance after GP had spoken to surgical staff.

Medical staff talking down to patient and just because a screen is pulled around a bed this does not act as cone of silence. The gentleman in the bed next husband had extemely bad news given to him and relatives by Junior doctor and the rest of the By heard this distressing news. They have forgotten about Patient Care and Dignity.

Registrar last evening was telling us how my husband will treated. it is obvious notes have not been read, communication is not happening but at least x-rays, ultrasound and now CT being done. Seems I was right after all, but why does it take someone to push, and shout to get anything done at that place? After yesterday interlude with Registrar, I had three people in the Bay tell me, good on you for standing up for your rights.
