"TIA?"

About: St Richard's Hospital

Anything else?

Having been referred to St Richards by my GP after a suspected TIA I was given an appointment immediately to see a Doctor in the Munroe unit. I found her very kind and understanding , treating me with dignity and respect. This was also true of all other staff from reseptionists and porters to doctors that I came into contact with during the 4 hours I was in the hospital undergoing x-ray, ultrasound, ct scan and blood tests. Thank you everyone for making my visit as good as it could be.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. It is good to hear that you were treated in such a kind and compassionate manner by the whole team. We have shared your comments with the teams involved including the reception and portering managers so that the staff hear the impact of their positive actions. We hope you are recovering well, thank you once again for these kind comments.
