"Gall Bladder Surgery (or Laparoscopic..."

About: Salisbury District Hospital

Anything else?

I had my gall bladder removed yesterday at Salisbury NHS Trust, and spent the following day being cared for in the Britford Ward until being discharged this afternoon. I felt, at all times, safe, well cared for, and well informed. The many staff I encountered were unfailingly attentive, and worked as a highly organized efficient team. I could not have wished for a better standard of care. The ward was clean, and even the food was excellent. Salisbury NHS Trust is (another) really good reason to live in Wiltshire. Thank you.

Thank you for telling us about the treatment you received and we are glad that you felt safe and well cared for during your stay with us. I know our staff will also be pleased to hear that you have praised their care and efficiency and we will of course share your comments with them. Wiltshire is indeed a lovely place to live and, here at the hospital, we feel very much part of the community. Thank you again for your comment. We wish you well and a speedy recovery.
