I liked the caring attitude of all areas of staffing. I also liked the professional approach of the housekeeping staff and the personal approach by the doctors, nurses and support staff. I liked the pleasant environment that had been created in around the daleside ward.
I thought that the mens toilets could have been improved, another cubicle and a urinal is needed.
