The staff were caring, and reassuring. They smile. The care given by nursing staff and medical staff was excellent. They listened and gave advice and respected personal choice. They respected and protected dignity. During my stay there were elderly vulnerable patients staff watched and supported them to prevent falls and ensure their needs were met fully ,and that they were given assistance to eat and drink while food was still hot and palatable.
