Having recently finished a six week course (appointments) hoping to help me with panic attacks and anxiety attacks.
The past six weeks clearly brought to light a condition that I was not aware I had - OCD.
The person who I saw for the period was extremely helpful, and very understanding to my problem having considered and thought very hard regarding the course findings, I can very much relate to OCD problems.
Will the outcome of the course and therapy change my life, I don't know. But I am aware of what I now do regarding OCD.
I am thankful to the person who looked after me and would like to thank him.
