(as the patient),

I was concerned initially about going to Wolverhampton as I had to go on public transport due to being unable to drive after the tests.

When I got to New Cross I couldn't believe how large the hospital was!

However, the signage was fantastic, along with the map provided, I soon found out where I should be.

The staff were wonderful, very patient, nothing seemed too much trouble and all steps were explained to me along the way. I didn't feel like just a number, which was excellent.

Well done to everyone.
