What I liked

My mother recently passed away at North Tyneside Hospital. The care she received in the coronary care unit was exemplary.

The staff in the ccu were kind, considerate and extremely nice to her, they made her feel happy and comfortable.

If the rest of the NHS was as proficient and kind as the ccu staff it would be the best service in the world.
