On 18th dec morning in Emergency Dpt, the domestic did not clean the floor, did not collect A vomit bowl in the waiting area, spend most time chatting with other staff or patients, and disappeared. I could not believe what I saw. The department manager who walked around a few time appeared also not have noticed the lack of cleanliness.
