on friday 13 2013 i had an operation by the pastic surgeons team on my leg, and from entering the hospital at reception i was treated rather special considering this is the first time i had ever had any dealings with the bri, all very friendly and proffessional, right down to the receptionist the consultant the cleaners and the theatre staff and waiting area after my op were very lovely , i was so scared never had an operation ever they put my mind at rest and took me through every step of the way made me fell so special its untrue, im going back there on the 20th for a check up and i can honestly say im looking forward to it, thankyou to everyone concerned :)
