I cannot thank Heidi enough for her treatment and advice. I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder in July and thanks to her advice and exercise programme I am progressing well and am well on the way to gaining full movement of my shoulder. I honestly thought that my shoulder would never regain it's full range of mobility.
