Today, we visited service users at The Willows to gather feedback about the services & facilities they receive on the ward.
This is the feedback we received:
"I think communication could be better. I need to know what’s going on around the ward because I don’t know what is happening a lot of the time and communication would help. ”
“Timings of meals are set which is not always good. Sometimes I want a meal later or before and I’m not able to have it. We have to order takeaways which cost money.
A lot of the time the food is not good either - but the Friday Fish and Chips are great! ”
“We think the staff on the Willows is splendid and fine. We like a Peer support worker on the ward; it helps. ”
