What I liked
The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease about your treatment. Eveything was explained to me in simple terms. The staff could not do enough for you and are very down to earth. The hospital is spotless and the food and cup of tea was very nice. I only wish I was able to go to Halton for all my treatments.
What could be improved
The waiting time was slightly annoying I don't see any point in going in at 12 getting changed into a gown and then waiting around till 330 to be taken down to surgery. It would be better if a buzzer was given to patients on arrival so that they may go out for a cigarette or sit in the cafe as on minor prceedures like mine you are still allowed to drink.
