(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Posted on behalf of a patient with staff present

They need to sort the food out, all of it!

I prefer home made food, cakes, pies, roast dinners

The staff are ok. I watch TV ( X Factor! ) and have a cup of tea with staff

I'm hoping Santa will bring me a Happy Christmas

Along with the Head of Involvement (Paul Sanguinazzi), I am responsible for the Trusts two Involvement Centres, and our Volunteering and Befriending Service. I help to report all of the feedback we receive as a Trust to the Board.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to patient opinion. I'm sorry to hear that the food doesn't appeal to you.

Comments have been made by others and I've asked Sharon Howe, the Matron for older people to look at this with the catering team by the middle of January to see how it can be improved.
