I was in a violent relationship with my x partner diane locke (Health Visitor at skelmanthorpe family doctors) advised me and helped me throughout this difficult period. she did everything in her power to help me.

I tried to end my life and she saved it this year I was so depressed I took an overdose and called her to confide in her like I had done so many times. I trust her and I believe if it wasnt for diane I could have died that morning leaving my beautiful girl without a mother.

Now I see her every week and I'm building bridges. THANKS to this woman. she is a special woman and works very hard for me and my daughter. Thank God I am still alive and my daughter still has her mother.
