We are pleased to hear of your positive comments in relation the nursing and medical care provided to you by the team after you experienced complications following your survey. We are sorry to hear that your one complaint was in relation to the food. We have recognised this feedback from our patients and are working hard to improve the food our patients receive. We recently held a public patient food tasting forum in our main reception where we were joined by a reporter from the Slough Express (local newspaper). We received mainly positive feedback as seen in last week's edition. However, it has highlighted one of our dishes was not a popular as the others and we will work towards improving the recipe or replace it on our patient main menu. The Trust is always happy to receive feedback in whatever forms this comes, whether positive or negative, and on going we will be openly inviting patients past or present and visitors and staff to come to these events and give us this feedback.
