"Broken ankle"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Anything else?

Following an accident on very slippery wet mud I was taken to A & E where I was treated within minutes, I was taken to theatre during the early hours of Remembrance Sunday and again back to theatre later the next day. As a very nervous patient I have only praise for all concerned including all staff on Ward 30. I am now attending outpatients and again I have nothing but praise for everyone including the ambulance staff. The food was all of a high standard so it's a very big thank you to everyone I had contact with for whatever reason including the ambulance staff who took me in to A & E.

Thank you for your kind comments about the service you have received from the Trust following your accident. Your thanks have been passed on to the staff concerned and shared with our colleagues at South Coast Ambulance Service. We hope you are recovering well. Kind regards, The PALS Team.
