I came in with a hand injury following a fall. I was seen within an hour, and the practitioner I spoke to understood my need to be able to use the arm for work and tailored my care to account for that. They listened, were sympathetic to my concerns and took the time to diagnose me properly. I was given an x-ray while at the centre and hardly had to wait any time at all to get it done. The x-ray results were presented to me about 15 minutes later, my hand was taped up and further treatment recommendations were made. All in all, a very fast, efficient, thorough and professional experience.
