"Repeated cancellation of appointments and named..."

About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

Anything else?

Appalling - I had two appointments cancelled at short notice. I was not seen by the named consultant- after the first cancellation I had a letter naming a different doctor ( although I was told this was due to the computer) and when the appointment finally came through I attended and sat waiting for almost two hours to see yet a third unknown doctor.Eventually I walked out and couldn't inform reception because nobody was there. I was annoyed that I had repeated telephone calls to check I was attending but staff cannot be bothered to inform patients by telephone of delays and expect a person with scoliosis to sit waiting in an uncomfortable chair for hours - not disability friendly.
