What I liked

My father went in recently for a triple heart bypass. From when he went in, the service was outstanding. He was treated very well and even after the surgery changed to a quituple-bypass, his recovery and information before the operation made it a lot easier for him and us.

What could be improved

After the operation, we weren't told much about what had happened and what to expect. He's doing very well now though.
