(as the patient),

I am so thankful that CBT on the NHS has finally reached Southport. In 2007 I was offered an assessment for CBT at the Maudsley Hospital in London but was not well enough to travel. However I only heard of Inclusion Matters through a private CBT therapist in June. My 10 sessions of CBT has really helped me. Thank you.
