My experience in attending the ENT department, the attention I received from the doctor and all his staff was excellent. The only criticism I could make is that the letter asking me to attend at Chorley Hospital on 18th November for pre-op check and surgery on 21st - sent out on 6th - only arrived on 22nd!! Fortunately I was aware surgery was planned for after 15th because of holidays planned and had phoned to find out dates.
