From the moment I telephoned the emergency helpline I received a fast and efficient service. All personnel from the initial paramedic, ambulance crew, to the doctors and support team and nurses, to the radiographer, to the porter were all courteous, friendly, efficient and professional in their approach and made me feel secure at a time of vulnerability. The sandwich and tea provided at 1.00am was greatly received and appreciated. Thank you
