(as the patient),

Impeccable, timely treatment from all concerned after being initially diagnosed with arthritis in my right wrist culminating in a 3. 5 hour operation in September.

I've just been discharged from the hospital's care as I'm now pain-free and the subsequent physio work was a total success. I'd like to thank everyone involved for looking after me and providing such a superb service.

You folks are the greatest.
