Staff were courteous and affable

What could be improved

I attended for a blood test at 08:10 knowing that the unit didn't open until 08:30 . The witing room was full and I had to stand is corridor. I was happy that I received the 13th ticket to go through and anticipated that it wouldn't take long but it took almost 1.5 hrs -and this after fasting.

Staff said it was always like this and totally unacceptable when all that was required was more staff! Please review staffing levels urgently-
