What I liked

I presented at casualty having had my foot run over on holiday. I was seen quickly by triage, sent for xray, and seen again quickly to follow up. I was extremely impressed by the nurse practitioner who put my xray on screen and talked me through it as a normal human being with a brain, explaining with no patronisation going in and out of different views etc. etc..

Then she got a second view from a registrar who was passing who immediately engaged and gave a view and tested pain levels... all over in 1.5 hrs.
