What I liked

Whilst waiting for an ultrascan in a period of 30 minutes i observed about 14 people asking for the x ray dept . ( I must admit i asked for directions at reception and went straight there ) People were queing up and when getting to the desk were then told where to go . This appears to be a waste of rece ptionists time and so repetitive it must be very annoying to them to keep repeating themselves. (even though they don't show it ) and always answered with a smile.

What could be improved

Put signs of which department it is ON THE DOORS and not just arrows past them so you have to retrace you steps for access. This appears to be the problem all over this hospital . All the doors are blank so have room for signs to be fitted
