"Foreign body in eye"

About: Victoria Infirmary (Northwich)

Anything else?

I unfortunately managed to get sand blasted into my right eye by the wind whilst out on a photography trip to the beach. Had to go to Victoria Infirmary as the pain was becoming unbearable later in the day. The receptionist was lovely, helpful and dealt with me with a smile which always makes me feel at ease in any medical facility. I was seen within about 10 minutes, on a Saturday evening. The nurses were wonderful, chatty (again putting me at ease) and friendly, and explained exactly what they were going to do and why. No one could ask for a better service than this. Well done! My eye is feeling much, much better. Thank you!
