I was transported to St. Thomas by taxi after a fall where I cut my forehead and hurt my wrist. From the very beginning with the triage nurse, to registration, to urgent care, to x-ray, back to urgent care...the staff was friendly, professional, helpful and caring. As a retired Emergency Room RN from the US, I expected a long wait and wasn't sure about the quality of care. I was sooo pleasantly surprised....the wait was negligible...the PA who treated me was excellent..I just can't say enough positive about the experience. I thank you so much for taking care of me so well. I wish I would have had time to bring the staff who treated me a box of chocolates LOL! Thank you again. You have an excellent facility. I am just glad Ididn't have to see more of it, or stay any longer. This was just a blip in our visit to your wonderful city!
