Last week I had to visit the treatment centre twice with my wife who is disabled so we used the disabled parking bay near the centre. On both occasions the parking meter machines would not accept 10p and 5p coins so I had to pay more than the displayed figure to obtain my parking ticket. A lady in front of me had to pay £4 for her ticket. Parking is expensive enough without having to pay an excess. Can you please get the machines checked so that they operate correctly. yours sincerely
