"Appendicitus"

About: St James's University Hospital

Anything else?

I was a bit scared when I found out that I had appendicitis. I thought it was just a stomach bug! The staff were very friendly and helped calm my nerves. I had never went under the knife before and was a bit nervous that it would be students carrying out the operation - people who looked younger than me! But my time at St James's went very smoothly and the staff were friendly and helpful. They must have done a good job because now I am fit and healthy - I left the hospital on the same day they cut out the appendix and went to the pub! Thanks for the help in my time of need St James! - Ben
