Not to impressed with my treatment went to a@e on 3 rd November was kept in over nite for treatment was very ill on 4 th was discharged at 7 pm that night was told to pick medication up on 5 from day care after several attempts my meds we're not there had to go back to a@e as was in pain was givin pain relief and discharged again. Received phone call to return to a@e as they had found there was someting wrong with my blood and to return asp so I did ,didn't t get bed till 11 45pm.had operation on the 5th nov discharged on 6th nov was told needed another operation in 6 weeks still waiting phone patient service and pals was told op would be end of jan what a joke in pain still another 7 weeks of pain

We were sorry to learn of your experience, that you are having to wait longer than you anticpated for further treatment and that you remain in pain. A number of factors can delay treatment such as staff annual leave or availability of theatre lists.
