Response from George Eliot Hospital

We were sorry to learn of your experience, that you are having to wait longer than you anticpated for further treatment and that you remain in pain. A number of factors can delay treatment such as staff annual leave or availability of theatre lists. If you are not contacted by the middle of January please contact PALS again and they will follow this up on your behalf. Regards Chritine Longsaff, Head of Paient Partnerships
