What I liked

I attended A & E with a finger injury. I was seen almost immediately by the triage nurse who offered pain relief and then had to cut off my rings due to extreme swelling. Then seen promptly by doctor, sent for X-ray. Returned to doctor who prescribed antibiotics and arranged nurse to apply a sling. I was very impressed with prompt & thorough treatment and had every confidence in the staff who explained everything carefully.

What could be improved
