What could be improved

Car park awful needs to be upgraded for staff visitors and patients alike.

Called to see a terminally ill close friend. I stayed for an hour and a half and in that time not one nursing member of staff came into check on my friend - not impressed and the room was not clean, broken clock.

When I arrived she had been given a cup of soup, which she was too weak to hold and had spilt. I cleaned up and gave her sips which she managed. I also had with me a cold drink, which she drank in tiny sips and by the end she had half the bottle and really enjoyed it. My point is that nursing has to extend beyond medication and scans. If food is placed out of reach and the patient is too weak to feed herself then help must be provided. I came out of the hospital saying that I will never be a patient in one!
