"A and E dirty."

Just back from a long night at A and E with my young son. The cubicle we were given had no bed, a visibly dirty floor, dirty sink and blood splashes on the walls. We were then moved by the nurses, who were very caring, to a cubicle with a bed. Went to wash my hands and again found blood on the tap and also on the bed guards of my son's bed. Didn't like to complain again as the nurses were obviously over-stretched but clearly the cleaning staff need some training.
