Anything else?
I attended an out patient clinic today. I was very concerned at the evident state of disrepair. It looked shabby and unclean. A window pane was broken, curtains were hanging off the windows. The floors looked dirty and paint was coming off all surfaces and walls. Contrary to this, staff were very pleasant.

We have made improvements to some of our outpatient and reception areas and we are continuing with a programme of maintenance and refurbishment.
