(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

On behalf of all the family I would like to thank the Community Nursing team at Bull Farm, especially Heidi Hill and Sue Buchanan for the care they gave my mum in the weeks and days leading up to her death. If it hadn't been for your fantastic support I and the rest of the family could not have given Mum her final request to die at home with family around her. This gives me comfort at this sad time but we couldn't have done it without all of you.

Thanks again, I will always be grateful.
