The Locala team were very good. They answered all the questions I asked and explained everything I needed to know. They were very gentle and caring in carrying out the whole procedure.

I was very happy to be at home and not in hospital, I am sure nothing more could have been done in hospital than wasn't done in my own home.

Thank you very much for taking the time to let us have your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you found the team offered a good service and that you were able to be at home rather than in hospital. We are working hard with partner organisations to develop more services in the community, which will allow more people to be at home rather than in a hospital bed.
