About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as a parent/guardian),

We visited the physiotherapy clinic for my daughter who was having some problems with her knees.

I found our experience was very pleasing, we arrive about 15 minutes early but were sent straight down to the clinic waiting room. We only have to wait there approximately 10 minutes before we were seen.

The girl we saw was lovely, she asked us lots of questions about the symptoms, did a physical examination of both knees and quickly assured us that there was nothing serious to worry about. She ran through some exercises for my daughter to do and arranged another appointment for 2 weeks time.

Overall, it was a very timely, peasant and professional experience.
