I had to take my son to A&E Basildon this afternoon due to a neck injury whilst playing rugby at school he was seen and treated very quickly by staff who where kind efficient friendly and reassuring they took no chances and made sure he was thoroughly checked over neck brace X-rays and giving him pain meds before allowing him to be discharged. A big thank you and a pat on the back to the superb medical staff in the paediatric A&E department your doing a fantastic job. I hope not to require your services in the future but if I should need to you will be my first choice and highly recommended Basildon A&E to anyone in the area. C.hawkins
