I cannot thank the staff at the countess's Jubilee Day Centre and the Theatre Admissions Centre for their expertise and caring attitudes during my procedure. I was so anxious and nervous about what I would be going through, I was put at ease and fully informed of what was to happen every step of the way, which helped me so much. the aftercare was second to none, again by staff that actually cared. Thank you!
