Further to my review operation cancelled yet again, this is an update, my husband received a phone call on Sunday in regard to his operation, and after asking several questions they said they would ring him back on Monday, stayed in all day no phone call, he rang them this morning himself, and he was told that the scratch on his left leg has to be completely gone and that he is now provisionally booked in 03rd Jan 2014, now this is the latest that he can have this operation done before we go to America, so if this one gets cancelled then it will have to wait until autumn/winter of 2014, as he will not be available until then, We reckoned that to date he has had approx. 10 appointment's in the lead up to his operation being cancelled and now no doubt he will have to have more appointment's before the Op, We have always praised Leighton Hospital in the past and have defended them as our experience has always been excellent, however on this occasion we do feel let down considerably, and can only hope (and pray) that the Op does indeed go ahead on Jan 3rd. Fingers crossed.
