After being referred for treatment my son was that happy he requested to stay there for all his treatment. After receiving inappropriate care with his last dentist I was happy to go along with this. All staff and more especially the trainee dentist my son has is fantastic. He treats my son with respect, explaining in a way he can understand what the treatment is and why he needs it. they are overseen and assisted by fabulous trained dentists. Thanks very much you have saved my sons teeth.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding our services on NHS Choices. One of the key things we try to achieve in the Dental Hospital is for patients of all ages to feel comfortable when having dental treatment as we are aware that, for children in particular, this can be a daunting experience. We are pleased to note that you rated your son’s care and treatment as 5 star and have fed this back to the management team in the Dental Hospital who will be greatly encouraged by your remarks. We are also proud to hear your feedback about the trainee dentist involved in your son’s care. We do envisage that by developing the caring skills in our dental students that this will mean that they progress to being highly competent and caring dental professionals when they qualify.
