I have been to the hospital on several occasions for A & E, outpatient, and surgical. Yes, outpatient appointments may involve a long wait but think of how many people they see a day. The consultants I have used, have not rushed the appointments, answering all questions and listening to all my concerns. I am sure each of us would like to have a thorough consultation and not be restricted to set times. The staff are not given enough credit. They maintain cheerfulness and professionalism. A big thank you to all.
