What I liked

Visited emergency department with my baby son on 2 occasions. The receptionists were both lovely and friendly. The nurses were friendly and efficient. A very kind security guard gave my son a drink of water when he was coughing. Friendly helpful staff make a huge positive impression. The department is clean and tidy and obviously well managed. Myself and my husband were very impressed by the service and care we and our son received.

Spent a few hours on the childrens ward too. Again, fantastic staff, could not have done more to care for our little boy, or support us during a very distressing time. Immaculate clean environment. Very very impressed.

What could be improved

From our short experience we can see nothing that needs improving.
