This unit is not fit for purpose, first it is difficult to find - the signage is non existent. Parking is difficult for disabled - cost us £10 for less than 2 hours. The music played at high volume (radio2) is unacceptable. But when we queried this we were told it was for patient confidentiality. "You can hear the patients talking to doctors" so the walls are not fit for purpose, the best is yet to come - you have to change in a toilet. How clean is that?? We were not happy. We filled in a comments form and when we asked to add something to it the paperwork was screwed up as if it had been thrown in a in. That is how L & D care. Nowhere to get a drink either. Lovely.... I made sure I went to PALS today to tell them of our experience. Disgusting
