After having paid privately (physio and later chiropractor) to help with ongoing shoulder pain for three years, I decided to go to my GP who referred me for physio at Fokestone. The physiotherapist there, gave me some exercises to do and performed some ultrasound therapy on me too. After 10 or so sessions the pain started to get better. I was discharged and told to continue the exercises, which I have done so ever since. Eventually the pain disappeared completely (after having suffered for three years, this was a miracle for me). It is now a couple of years on and I am still pain free and only do the exercises if I feel any discomfort coming back (usually from gardening or something). Thank you.
