I have had excellent, professional care from this hospital for many years. I have noticed a far more inclusive approach to me as a patient over the last few years, with greater emphasis on explaining my condition, treatment options and procedures to me. Organising how outpatient clinics run and coordinating with audiology and surgery has improved with my previous consultation resulting in a decision for surgery and an immediate pre-surgical assessment and appointment given before I left the building
